1. Delivery

(A) Carriage - Orders without print or embroidery dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, but can take 3 to 5 working days depending on the supplier. Orders with printing or embroidery have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. Orders over £150 within UK mainland are carriage paid. All orders under £150 (ex VAT) will have a £6.50 (ex. VAT) small order handling charge automatically added to the order. Orders to the Highlands of Scotland and some Northern regions of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Offshore Islands of Scotland, Orkney and Shetland Islands will have their carriage charge calcuated at the checkout, or please call 0845 505 1001 for a quote. All carriage charges apply to delivery within the United Kingdom only.

(B) Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The Goods may be delivered by the Seller in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer.

(C) Where the Goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Seller to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by the Buyer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated.

(D) In the event that the Seller is found to have a liability under these Terms and Conditions, or under Statutory law, this liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the costs to the Buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods.

(E) If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Seller adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller may:-

(F) Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage: or (i) Sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the Contract price or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the Contract price.

2. Damages, shortages or non delivery

(A) Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages must be noted on carriers delivery sheet immediately and notice in writing given to Seller within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Non Delivery - Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to the Seller within 3 days of date of dispatch shown on invoice.

(B) Return of Goods: All goods to be returned must be authorised before return, be returned within 28 days of purchase and be of a resalable condition - including packaging. All goods returned, unless faulty or damaged in transit, will incur a 20% administration charge. Once authorised please return the goods to our distribution centre.

All goods already despatched and received by the Buyer will be the responsibility of the Buyer to return. The cost of the original delivery will be deducted from any refunded monies, plus 20% of the value of the goods for administration fees.

If the buyer wants to exchange goods for a different size or colour, the goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase and it is the responsibility of the buyer to return. Goods will incur a 20% administration charge, and the new goods will be sent out at the cost of the buyer.

If a personalised item is deemed to be faulty it can be replaced, however we are unable to offer returns or refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty.

All returned goods that are not faulty must be unused, in good condition and returned in the original UNDAMAGED packaging or they will not be accepted for a credit.
